1974 Devlieg 4K-120 rebuild is like a new machine. Fryer has disassembled the machine and replaced the ballscrews, bearings and CNC. All way surfaced are in excellent condition and an automatic lubrication system was installed. The Machine has been laser calibrated and ballbar tested. Retrofitted with a BRAND NEW Siemens 840D controller warrantied by Fryer. Equipped with a 20″ travel bar type spindle and a powerful 40 HP spindle motor. Rugged box way construction and high precision ballscrews ensure high performance cutting and high accuracy tolerances. The user friendly Siemens 840D CNC allows shop floor programming for single piece runs or G code programming for high production.
